To confirm the arranging of your seminar, the Macchi will ask you to sign the quote and pay a deposit.
 

• Step 3: Prepare and organise your seminar

 
When your seminar has been booked, the Macchi’s sales team takes your project in hand and helps you set up your seminar, right down to the smallest detail.
 
Your contact will help you to check the equipment you will need in the room, organise transport or set up a team building activity, and will be available to answer all your questions and suggest the little ‘plusses’ that make the difference.
 

• Step 4: Briefing

 
We send you a summary of your meeting arrangements. You then send us your rooming list by return of post, as well as your company logo so that we can personalize your meeting.
 

• Step 5: Taking care of participants during their stay

 
On site, Macchi Hotel staff will ensure that your team gets first-class treatment throughout their stay.
 

• Step 6: Sign the invoice

 
The Macchi Hotel will take care to bill every part of your seminar correctly.
