SPA: PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Opening hours of the Authentique Voyage Spa:
  • 7 days a week, 10 AM to 9 PM
 
The spa is closed during the hotel’s annual shutdown periods.
 

 

Time and place

We recommend that clients who are not staying at the hotel report to reception 15 minutes before the appointment time in order to determine the constitution test (doshas).

 
Hotel guests are invited to come down in dressing gown and slippers (available in your room) and leave their valuables in the safe in their room. A late arrival will result in a shorter treatment period or a modified treatment programme.

Spa treatments

Our treatments have been designed to satisfy all of your expectations and your dosha (an ayurvedic massage, special treatments for men, etc.). All treatments include the use of all the facilities of the private spa: changing rooms, oil bath, treatment room, herbal tea room and lounge, boutique.

One hour is the minimum time in which to fully appreciate the private spa facilities. When you arrive, the therapist will help you to define the most suitable course of treatment for you, according to your ayurvedic constitution (dosha) and what you are in the mood for.
 
All reservations must be confirmed with a valid credit card.
 

Spa etiquette

The spa is a place of tranquillity and relaxation; we therefore ask all clients to switch off their mobile phones. Smoking is prohibited in the spa. The spa provides towels, slippers, shower cap, and any other accessories you will need during your visit. Admission to the Authentique Voyage Spa is reserved for clients aged 16 and over. 

Health Conditions

When making your reservation, please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, high blood pressure, or surgery which might affect your treatment. We recommend that you do not consume alcoholic beverages before, during, or immediately after the treatment.

Cancellation

No charge will be made for sessions cancelled at least 12 hours in advance.
Any appointment cancelled less than 12 hours in advance will be billed in full.

Gift certificates

A spa gift certificate is an ideal gift to delight the person of your choice. Please contact the hotel reception desk for information.
